Former Pittsburg State Coach DUI Charged Dropped Due to Machine Problem

Former Pittsburg State Football Coach Chuck Broyles was arrested in Kansas on November 24th on DUI charges.  Broyles announced his retirement as football coach and was on paid leave as the school's athletic director pending the case resolution.  Tuesday, charges were dropped by Galena City Attorney Kevin Cure because the breath testing machine used in the case was found not to be properly calibrated.
