Virginia Driver Charged with Reckless Driving Following Accident with Ambulance
Joanna Kibwe has been charged with Reckless Driving in Hampton, Virginia as a result of an accident she had with an ambulance. The ambulance was transporting a critically ill patient to the hospital at the time of the accident; the patient aboard the ambulance died a short time later. Several other people were taken to the hospital as a result of the accident, but non with life-threatening injuries. The cause of death of the ambulance patient is still under investigation.
