Q:

If I am licensed in Virginia and my privilege to drive is suspended in another state, can I continue to drive in Virginia?

A:

Yes, at least temporarily.  Your Virginia license allows you to drive in every state because states honor licenses issued by other states.  If your privilege to drive is suspended in another state, your Virginia license remains valid and you may continue to drive in Virginia and every state other than the one in which your privilege to drive was suspended - until you are notified that the Virginia DMV has suspended or revoked your Virginia license.
