A 2006 Ford Mustang ran into the back of a horse-drawn wagon Tuesday in Stanley, Virginia injuring 14 people. The driver of the Mustang reportedly was not paying attention, but was not speeding or under the influence. The Clydesdale horses that were pulling the wagon continued to pull riders for 100 yards before being stopped by an electric pole. The horses ran off after the accident, but were later caught. None of the injuries were life-threatening, but the driver and his wife say they will not be participating in the holiday ride again next year. The driver of the Mustang was charged with reckless driving.
