Kevin Wilson was born and raised Kentucky, and attended the University of Kentucky (Go Big Blue) from which he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies in 1991.  After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Kevin headed north to Syracuse, New York to further his education studying law, and he graduated with honors, cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law in1994.

After law school, having had enough of the upstate New York winters, Kevin moved to Glen Allen, Virginia, just outside Richmond, Virginia, where he studied for the Virginia bar exam.  Unlike many others, Kevin passed the Virginia Bar Exam on his first attempt and accepted a position with Weimer & Boyce, a small law firm in Manassas, Virginia.  During his employment there, Kevin's practice focused on DUI, Criminal and Traffic defense.

Mr. T. In addition to his law practice, Kevin was a Legal Instructor at the Prince William County Criminal Justice Academy for more than a decade, where he taught Virginia Criminal Law, Virginia Criminal Procedure, Constitutional Law and Evidence; and he has even served as a Special Prosecutor at the request of the Commonwealth's Attorney - clearly showing that Kevin has distinguished himself and earned the respect of both police officers and prosecuting attorneys.
