Manassas Lawyer Gets Reckless Driving - Accident Charge Reduced

A client recently contacted The Wilson Law Firm regarding a Reckless Driving ticket she was issued after being involved in an accident.  She was nervous and upset about being accused of Reckless Driving, a Class 1 misdemeanor criminal offense in Virginia with punishments including a fine, suspension of one's license and incarceration, and she decided to hire Manassas, Virginia DUI, Criminal and Traffic Defense Lawyer, T. The law in Viriginia says that to be guilty of Reckless Driving one must be driving in a dangerous manner, and Attorney Kevin Wilson believed that even though this client slid into another vehicle, she was not driving dangerously, and therefore was not guilty of Reckless Driving.  T. Kevin Wilson went to court to fight for his client, and in the end he was successful in getting the charge reduced from the misdemeanor criminal offense of Reckless Driving to the non-criminal traffic infraction of Improper Driving.
