2nd Offense Virginia DUI / DWI with 0.24 Breath Test Dismissed

A gentleman called The Wilson Law Firm seeking assistance with a Virginia DUI.  Accused of a 2^nd Offense DUI with a breath test result of 0.24, and not understanding the critical importance of insisting that his lawyer have specialized education, training and experience in the field of DUI defense, he originally chose to save some money when selecting the lawyer to handle his Virginia DUI case.  On that lawyer's advice, he plead guilty.  The Court imposed a 70 day jail sentence, a $500.00 fine and a 3 year license suspension. 

Unsatisfied with the result of his case, and having realized it was a mistake to compromise on the qualifications of his DUI lawyer, he appealed the case, fired his lawyer and asked Virginia DUI Defense Lawyer T.
