Appeal of DC Area Sniper John Allen Muhammad Rejected

John Allen Muhammad was convicted and sentenced to death by Virginia courts following the 2002 sniper shootings that claimed the lives of 10 people from Alabama, Louisiana, Maryland, DC and Virginia. Muhammad appealed the courts decision from 2003 and on Friday his appeal was rejected. The decision of 4^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals was unanimous.

Muhammad's attorney reports he will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This man should die before November. He was evil, wicked, no remorse, angry, a smart ass. And he should die. Execution is too good for him!!!! I wish some of the inmates would be him mercifully before he goes to his final resting place in hell.
