Your little survey form does not have enough lines for me to tell you how pleased I am with our recent endeavor.
During a time when stress would normally have been pretty high, I never let it get to me because of the very courteous and friendly correspondence I received during the entire process. Never once did any of you make me feel anything but comfortable with my decision to have you represent me. It is very rare anymore to find an entity, where all members are just plain nice. All the little extras that you provided did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
The outcome was obviously beyond my highest hopes and I do not believe that that could have been possible without the in depth interviews from the start all the way to the finish. The amount of concern that was shown on this level shows what a professional organization that your firm is. I was very impressed when I was asked, for instance, what part of the outcome was most important to me.
I would highly recommend, without reservation, your firm to anyone who has a need for any service that you offer. My comment to them would be, "You will have a friend, you can count on, in your corner".
I hope that I will not require your services again on any matter similar to this one but if I ever need legal counsel your firm will be my first call.
