With a solid educational background in criminal justice and an Associate's Degree in Administration of Justice with an emphasis on Criminal Justice, Fred has a strong foundation to support his legal career. Prior to his time in the insurance industry, he spent an impressive 15 years as a Legal Assistant in another Northern Virginia law firm. There, he provided invaluable support to attorneys handling criminal defense and personal injury cases. His responsibilities included calendar management, file maintenance, correspondence, training new hires, and handling inquiries from potential clients.
What sets Fred apart is his down-to-earth and friendly personality, which immediately puts clients at ease. He understands the importance of guiding clients through every step of their case, ensuring their questions and concerns are fully addressed. From the initial contact to the final resolution, Fred provides individualized care to each client. He closely monitors the progress of each case, maintaining constant communication with the client, attorney, and court staff to keep everyone informed and on track toward achieving positive results.
Fred has successfully completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) DWI Detection & Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course. This course is a rigorous 24-hour course focused on administering Standard Field Sobriety Tests (SFST). This intensive training is the same instruction provided to law enforcement officers investigating DUI/DWI. By acquiring this specialized expertise, Fred showcases his unwavering commitment to providing our clients with the utmost level of proficiency and service.
Fred's experience, personality, and strong work ethic make him a superstar in the legal field, and we are thrilled to have him as a valuable member of our team at The Wilson Law Firm for nearly ten years.
When he's not dedicating his time to his clients, Fred gives back to his community by volunteering as a baseball and basketball coach for the youth in Prince William County. His commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond the legal field.
