DUI Charges Dropped for Sober Driver

Comments (0)

Back in September, Vincent Tallo was arrested for drunk driving at a DUI checkpoint in Florida.  The arresting officer claimed he smelled alcohol on Tallo and requested he perform a field sobriety test.  Tallo subsequently passed the breathalyzer and was then asked to submit a urine test.  The DUI charge was pending the results of the urine test and when it came back negative, prosecutors had no choice but to drop the charges.
