Manassas Drunk Driving Arrests

From 2013 to 2016 the number of drunk driving arrests made in Manassas decreased significantly. However, in 2017, the numbers once again began to rise. The specific arrests were as follows:

  • In 2013, 252 DWI arrests were made.

  • In 2014, 223 DWI arrests were made.

  • In 2015, 155 DWI arrests were made.

  • In 2016, 133 DWI arrests were made.

  • In 2017, 144 DWI arrests were made.

DWI Arrests Also Increased in Prince William County and Fairfax County

Prince William County arrested 1,132 people for DUI in 2017. This was a 26.9 percent increase over the number of drunk driving arrests made in Prince William County during 2016.

Fairfax County has also arrested thousands of people for drunk driving. In 2017, 2,139 people were arrested for drunk driving. In 2016, there were 1,957 DWI arrests, and in 2015 there were 1,841 DWI arrests.
